Yes! We deliver the equipment, set it up and return to take it down at the end of your rental period.

 What kind of power and/or special equipment is required?


We supply all necessary equipment. Each machine runs off of a regular 110V, 20amp circuit outlet. Please make sure that the equipment is within 25 feet of an electrical outlet and have the set-up location cleared of rocks, debris and/or other sharp objects. A dedicated electrical outlet is needed for our equipment. These units will not function correctly if run on a generator.

 What type of surface can the equipment be placed on?


The frozen drink machine is VERY HEAVY! Place it on a sturdy counter capable of supporting at least 180 lbs. Plastic tables are not sturdy enough in order to support this machine. This machine must be placed in your home, garage or any area that is completely protected from the elements. The dispenser must have at least 6.0 inches of space behind it and on both sides. This space is needed for airflow and efficiency. The dispenser performs best if NOT placed near any heating appliances. A Stainless Steel Cart is available for an additional charge, if needed.

 Are reservations necessary?


Yes! We suggest you call at least 3 to 5 weeks ahead of time. The earlier you book, the greater your chances are that the rental items will still be available for your requested date.

 What kind of supervision is necessary?


All of our equipment requires adult supervision at all times! The prices for our equipment rentals assume that you, the customer, will provide competent adult supervision for the safety of the users.

 What if it rains?

We operate rain or shine. This machine must be placed in your home, garage or any area that is completely protected from the elements. We also watch weather conditions and reserve the right to cancel a booking if the conditions are not safe. **Any downpour, lightening or high winds are unsafe conditions for operation. Once the machine is up and operational, there are NO REFUNDS.

 Is the equipment safe? Will you teach me how to run it properly?

We keep our equipment in excellent working condition. Our equipment is constructed and set up to be as safe as possible. We will explain the operating rules and guidelines to you when we set-up the equipment.  You can always reach us by phone after we have dropped off the equipment if you have any additional questions.

Definitely! All of our equipment is cleaned and disinfected after each and every use, and our equipment is perfectly maintained. We're committed to making sure that you have a clean, healthy and safe environment in which to enjoy your event.

Full payment is due at time of delivery.  We currently accept cash or credit card payments.  If you are paying by credit card, a $5 handling fee is added to your order.

 What time do you deliver and pick-up the equipment?

When we deliver the frozen drink machine, we will deliver between 2 to 3 hours before your event. That way it gives the drink machine enough time in order to freeze the mix for your event. We will arrive to pick-up the equipment once your rental period is complete. Just let us know when you would like us to drop off the equipment.

 Can we pick-up the equipment ourselves?

No! Jumpin' Jesters, LLC does not allow for this. We do not take any chances. We require that the units be professionally set-up and taken down to ensure safety.

 Is the machine easy to use?


Yes! We will supply you with the mix and simple to follow instructions. Temperature control is internally maintained by digital display.

 How much does the machine hold?


We carry a dual hopper unit. Each hopper holds approximately 3 gallons of beverage.

 What flavors can I choose from?

Fruity Flavors: Wild Cherry or Blue Raspberry
Mixed Drinks: Strawberry Daiquiri's or Margarita's (Customer needs to supply their own liquor). These mixes can be made with or without alcohol.

Flavor selections are subject to change without notice. If there is a flavor you are looking for that is not mentioned above, please let us know and we will try and provide it for you. A minimum order of 6 - ½ gallon mixes is needed if ordering a flavor that is not listed above.

 Do I need ice?

No! Our machine produces all of its own ice through the digital temperature control. Sit back and enjoy!

 How many drinks does one batch yield?

One batch of mix yields approximately 40 eight ounce drinks. We recommend one batch for every 25 frozen beverage drinkers. Any opened mixes CANNOT be returned.

0-50 Guests = 1 to 3 Mixes
51-100 Guests = 2 to 5 Mixes
101-150 Guests = 4 to 8 Mixes
151-200 Guests = 6 or more Mixes

 How long does the first batch take?

Indoors about 60-90 minutes. Outside on a warm day it can take over two hours if the sun is shining on the unit. There is no waiting between batches because you can add to the hopper as you go. To cut down on chill time, it is recommended that you keep all mixes/concentrates refrigerated until ready for use.

 Can I return any unopened mixes/concentrates?


No! For safety and health reasons, we do not refund unused/unopened mixes/concentrates.
